The Springtree Process
At Springtree, we ensure every customer receives a consistently exceptional experience, no matter which project manager or crew team they work with. We achieve this through continuous training and standardized processes for all team members.
Our 3 step process covers all basis to ensure an efficient and timely project completion.
1. Debris removal and Protection Phase
We begin by staging materials in your driveway and ensuring all landscaping and outdoor furniture are protected. We then remove existing roofing materials down to the decking.
2. Build back and Ventilation
We apply new underlayment, replace flashing, install ice and water shield, and put in new shingles, ensuring proper ventilation balance.
3. Completion and Inspection
We conduct post-construction attic inspections, perform a final quality control inspection, and ensure a thorough final property clean-up.
